In order to submit your application form, you will need to provide some key information so that we can process your application as promptly as possible. Having the following information to hand will help you submit the form more quickly:

• Contact telephone numbers and valid email addresses for you and your next of kin/emergency contact (Please use personal email addresses that you regularly access, and double check mobile numbers to ensure they are entered correctly)
• Results for any relevant qualifications you have already achieved, OR
• Predicted grades for the exams you are sitting in June 2024 (these can usually be found on your most recent term/year report if you don’t know them from memory)
• If applicable to you: Indicate any relevant support arrangements you may receive/have received at school, such as exam access arrangement or in class support from a learning support worker.
