Essential Information Checklist

1. Contact Details

Your Personal Email Address: Make sure it's one you check regularly. Do not use your school email.
Your Contact Telephone Numbers: Double-check your mobile number is correct.
Next of Kin/Emergency Contact: You'll need their contact telephone number and a valid, regularly accessed personal email address.

2. Academic Information

You'll need one of the following:

Achieved Results: Results for any relevant qualifications you have already completed. OR
Predicted Grades: The grades for exams you are sitting next June. These are usually on your most recent term or year report.

3. Support Information (If applicable)

Indicate any relevant support arrangements you currently receive or have received at school, such as:

An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Exam Access Arrangements.
In-class support from a Learning Support Worker.

Important Application Notes

One Course Only: You must only apply for one full-time course. You will have a chance to change or discuss your options later.

Time Limit: The application form will timeout after 40 minutes, and you will have to start over. Having all the above information ready beforehand is crucial to beat the clock!
